  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana Banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes (optional) for extra coldness

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and wash berries.
  • Add Greek yogurt, berries, banana, honey, and milk into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a colder smoothie or fresh berries for a lighter option.
