  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt thick consistency recommended
  • 1 egg egg (for egg wash)

Optional Toppings

  • everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon, shredded cheese, garlic & herbs, chocolate chips to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir in Greek yogurt until dough forms, then knead.
  • Shape dough into bagels and create holes in the center.
  • Brush with egg wash and add toppings.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For a sweeter option, add chocolate chips to the dough.
