Instructions
Make the Tzatziki Sauce first and let it marinate in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
Combine all gyro meat ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands.
Shape into oval patties and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare toppings while the meat bakes, then assemble your gyros.
Serve with tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
