Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Make and par-bake flatbread crusts or use store-bought.
Brush both crusts with olive oil.
Spread pesto evenly over both crusts, then divide shredded mozzarella on top.
Add tomatoes, onion, olives, artichoke hearts, feta, oregano, and a pinch of Kosher salt.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until veggies are tender and cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and arugula, then serve.
