Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

Dairy

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Herbs & Spices

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Vegetables

  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Bread

  • 4 large pita bread

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the sauce.
  • Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, then slice into strips.
  • Prepare vegetables and warm pita bread.
  • Assemble wraps with veggies, chicken, and sauce; roll up and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken longer or add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
