Gluten-Free Banana Bread

  • 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Bananas (overripe)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare the loaf pan with butter, oil, or Pam spray.
  • Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Add bananas, mash, and mix into the batter.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, and gluten-free flour.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
  • Remove from oven, let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For clean slices, allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
