Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare the loaf pan with butter, oil, or Pam spray.
Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Add bananas, mash, and mix into the batter.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir well.
Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, and gluten-free flour.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
Remove from oven, let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For clean slices, allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
