  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved

Liquids

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Aromatics & Seasonings

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Layer halved potatoes in crockpot, season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place chicken on potatoes.
  • Pour chicken broth over ingredients. Sprinkle minced garlic and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Check internal temperature; serve with sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
