Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Trim excess fat from chicken tenders.
Prepare three bowls: mix flour with salt and pepper, combine olive oil and garlic, and mix Panko with basil, paprika, and Parmesan.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in garlic oil, then coat with Panko mixture.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake an additional 5-8 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs to the Panko mixture.
