Main Ingredients

  • 1.25 pounds chicken tenders
  • 0.5 cup white flour
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Trim excess fat from chicken tenders.
  • Prepare three bowls: mix flour with salt and pepper, combine olive oil and garlic, and mix Panko with basil, paprika, and Parmesan.
  • Coat chicken in flour, dip in garlic oil, then coat with Panko mixture.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake an additional 5-8 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs to the Panko mixture.
