Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes halved

Seasonings & Add-ins

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Coat chicken with this mixture.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and place chicken on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Check that chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy before serving.
