Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Coat chicken with this mixture.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and place chicken on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Check that chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
