Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and warm water, then knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a flat circle.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • In a small pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Brush over warm naan and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Notes
