Ingredients
  

Lamb

  • 4 pieces lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat lamb chops with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove lamb chops and melt butter in the skillet, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in chopped parsley and pour the garlic butter sauce over the lamb chops.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the lamb marinate longer if time allows.
