Instructions
Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat lamb chops with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove lamb chops and melt butter in the skillet, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in chopped parsley and pour the garlic butter sauce over the lamb chops.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the lamb marinate longer if time allows.
