Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 pieces lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub the mixture on lamb chops and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high, sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove chops, add butter and minced garlic to skillet, cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in parsley, return lamb chops, and spoon sauce over them.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the lamb chops marinate longer if time allows.
