Instructions
Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the mixture on lamb chops and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium-high, sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove chops, add butter and minced garlic to skillet, cook until fragrant.
Stir in parsley, return lamb chops, and spoon sauce over them.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the lamb chops marinate longer if time allows.
