Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and paprika. Rub over chicken thighs.
Sear chicken skin-side down in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Flip thighs, transfer skillet to oven, and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
