Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken breasts with the herb mixture and place in a baking dish.
Add baby carrots around the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and tender. Garnish with parsley before serving.
