Garlic Butter

unsalted butter, melted

garlic, minced

Instructions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add water and olive oil; knead until smooth.
Rest dough for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Divide dough into 6–8 pieces; roll into 6–8 inch circles.
Cook flatbreads in a hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or garlic.
