Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread in half horizontally and place on the baking sheet.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
Spread garlic butter over bread halves and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Broil briefly if desired.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
