Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 4 pieces ribeye steaks About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each
  • to taste salt salt
  • to taste pepper pepper

Dairy & Fats

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves cloves garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Herbs & Garnishes

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet, cook steaks 4-5 mins per side.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic, cook 4-5 mins for medium-rare.
  • Rest steaks 5 mins, then slice.
  • In same skillet, add cream, whisk, then add Parmesan until thickened.
  • Serve sliced steak with sauce, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Ensure steaks are rested before slicing for maximum juiciness.
