Instructions
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet, cook steaks 4-5 mins per side.
Add remaining butter and garlic, cook 4-5 mins for medium-rare.
Rest steaks 5 mins, then slice.
In same skillet, add cream, whisk, then add Parmesan until thickened.
Serve sliced steak with sauce, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Ensure steaks are rested before slicing for maximum juiciness.
