Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 steak ribeye or sirloin steak (about 8-10 oz)

Seasonings

  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Pasta

  • 9 oz fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper, then let it rest.
  • Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
  • Combine cream, milk, and parmesan in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.
  • Toss tortellini in the sauce, slice the steak, and serve with parsley.

Notes

Let the steak rest after cooking for better juiciness.
