Steak Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (for sauce)
  • optional chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • optional pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side, then set aside.
  • Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then toss in the steak.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side, garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
