  • 2 pounds steak (cut into bites)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking, season generously with salt and pepper, then let sit on the counter.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat with oil, sear steak bites for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
  • Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cook until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with garlic butter, and serve with parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for even searing.
