Instructions
Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking, season generously with salt and pepper, then let sit on the counter.
Heat a skillet over high heat with oil, sear steak bites for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cook until fragrant, then remove from heat.
