Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  • Stir in rice and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
  • Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper; garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes during sautéing.
