Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook rice with chicken broth until rice is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy, then add shrimp back and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
