Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. Coat each salmon fillet and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fillets for 3 mins per side until golden. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the pan and cook until lightly browned. Pour in stock, scraping up flavor. Whisk in remaining butter until sauce thickens. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Return salmon to pan, baste with sauce, and cook for a few minutes until heated through. Serve with lemon wedges and extra sauce.
