Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups chicken stock 33% less sodium
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles 3 ounces each, flavor packets discarded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley minced fresh (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until garlic is light golden.
  • Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook, stirring every 20-30 seconds to loosen noodles.
  • Cook until most moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and parsley.
  • Enjoy hot!

Notes

For an extra creamy texture, ensure the butter is fully incorporated before serving.
