Instructions
Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until garlic is light golden.
Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add ramen noodles and cook, stirring every 20-30 seconds to loosen noodles.
Cook until most moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and parsley.
