Ingredients
  

Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ½ beef + ½ pork) for extra flavor
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for searing
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Combine meatball ingredients and form into balls.
  • Sear meatballs in olive oil until browned.
  • Cook garlic butter sauce and return meatballs to skillet.
  • Cook linguine and prepare cream sauce with parmesan.
  • Serve meatballs over creamy linguine and garnish.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using a mix of beef and pork.
