Instructions
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let stand 5 min until bubbly. Add oil, salt, and egg; mix well.
Mix liquid into flour; knead until smooth (~8-10 min). Cover and let rise 1-1.5 hrs until tripled.
Divide dough into 16 balls; place in buttered pan. Cover and let rise 30 min.
Brush with beaten egg; bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 min until golden.
Melt butter with garlic; add chopped parsley. Brush rolls with garlic butter once baked.
Notes
For softer rolls, let them rise longer. Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
