Instructions
Prepare ingredients: mince garlic and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cook chicken in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
Add garlic, salt, and pepper, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, then add parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
Cook pasta al dente, reserve pasta water before draining.
Combine pasta with chicken and sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
Notes
Reserve some pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
