Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, divided
  • 4-5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken, pat dry, and toss with flour and seasonings until well coated.
  • Heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken, add remaining butter, garlic, and parsley to skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.

Ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safety.
