Instructions
Cut chicken, pat dry, and toss with flour and seasonings until well coated.
Heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove chicken, add remaining butter, garlic, and parsley to skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
