Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Season chicken with paprika, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Stir in rice for 30 seconds, then add seasoned chicken, broth, and water. Season with Italian Seasoning and oregano.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Rest for 5-8 minutes.
Remove chicken, fluff rice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Ensure not to burn the garlic while sautéing for best flavor.
