Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet; season with salt and pepper, then remove.
Sauté garlic in remaining butter until fragrant, then add rice and toast.
Pour in beef broth, simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender (15-18 mins).
Stir in heavy cream, cheddar, and parmesan until melted and creamy.
Return beef to skillet, mix, and simmer 2-3 mins. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
