Instructions
Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; set aside.
Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry; set aside.
Cook chicken in oil until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in brown sugar mixture, simmer, then add slurry and cook until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
