Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef strips; cook 2-3 minutes until browned.
Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce mixture; simmer 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked noodles; stir to coat with sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef in some soy sauce before cooking.
