  • 4 pieces lamb loin chops
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 piece lemon

Instructions
 

  • Bring lamb loin chops to room temperature and pat dry.
  • Make garlic and herb paste by mashing garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Season lamb with olive oil and garlic-herb paste; marinate if possible.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and cook lamb for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Let lamb rest for 10-15 minutes, then serve with lemon juice.
