Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons minced chives plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley plus extra for garnish

Wet ingredients

  • 1.25 cups plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 0.25 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients and herbs in a bowl.
  • Stir in yogurt, then add olive oil mixed with garlic and water; combine into a soft dough.
  • Divide dough into 6 balls, flatten into 6-7 inch rounds.
  • Cook each flatbread in a heated skillet with olive oil until golden, about 1.5 minutes per side.
  • Garnish with extra herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with additional olive oil and herbs before serving.
