Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and herbs in a bowl.
Stir in yogurt, then add olive oil mixed with garlic and water; combine into a soft dough.
Divide dough into 6 balls, flatten into 6-7 inch rounds.
Cook each flatbread in a heated skillet with olive oil until golden, about 1.5 minutes per side.
Garnish with extra herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with additional olive oil and herbs before serving.
