Instructions
Preheat oven to 160ºC (320ºF) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, then stir in vanilla.
Whip eggs and sugars until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Sift dry ingredients together and fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
Scoop batter onto the tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until set and crackly.
Cool for 10 minutes on the tray before transferring to a rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with sea salt after baking.
