Ingredients
  

Yogurt and Toppings

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips on top.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours until firm, then break into pieces.

Notes

For best results, freeze overnight and enjoy immediately after breaking into pieces.
