Instructions
Blend yogurt with pureed strawberries until smooth.
Press cookie crust into the bottom of a cake pan.
Pour the strawberry yogurt mixture over the crust.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
Slice and serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
Notes
For a sweeter cake, add honey or sugar to the yogurt mixture.
