Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Cake
A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy yogurt and sweet strawberries on a crunchy cookie crust.
Ingredients
Filling
- 500 g frozen strawberries thawed and pureed
- 400 g yogurt plain or flavored
- 200 g cookie crust store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- Blend yogurt with pureed strawberries until smooth.
- Press cookie crust into the bottom of a cake pan.
- Pour the strawberry yogurt mixture over the crust.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
Notes
For a sweeter cake, add honey or sugar to the yogurt mixture.
