A refreshing and healthy frozen treat combining the sweetness of mango and peaches with creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  • Fold in diced mango and peaches, saving some for topping.
  • Spread mixture evenly on the sheet to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Top with reserved fruit, chia seeds, and granola if desired, then freeze for 4 hours.
  • Break into pieces or cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
