Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Fold in diced mango and peaches, saving some for topping.
Spread mixture evenly on the sheet to 1/2-inch thickness.
Top with reserved fruit, chia seeds, and granola if desired, then freeze for 4 hours.
Break into pieces or cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
