  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced thinly
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
