  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup/agave for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (or flaxseed)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Add peanut butter and honey; stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and dried fruit if using; adjust consistency with oats or peanut butter as needed.
  • Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a tray.
  • Chill in fridge for 20 minutes; store in an airtight container.
