Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups warm water About 110°F/43°C
  • 2.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 min until foamy.
  • Add flour, salt, and oil; mix into a shaggy dough.
  • Knead for 5-7 min until smooth; let rise 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down dough and stretch on a parchment-lined sheet.
  • Create dimples, drizzle with oil, sprinkle salt and herbs; rest 20 min.
  • Bake 25 min until golden; cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs before baking and drizzle with olive oil after.
