Instructions
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 min until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and oil; mix into a shaggy dough.
Knead for 5-7 min until smooth; let rise 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down dough and stretch on a parchment-lined sheet.
Create dimples, drizzle with oil, sprinkle salt and herbs; rest 20 min.
Bake 25 min until golden; cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs before baking and drizzle with olive oil after.
