Instructions
Activate the yeast in warm water with sugar for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, and yeast mixture. Add olive oil and knead for 10 minutes.
Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 20 minutes.
Transfer dough to a baking sheet, shape, and dimple with fingers.
Let dough rise again for 10 minutes, then bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
