Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups quick oats (or rolled oats*)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp sea salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk of choice (or egg whites**)
  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend dry ingredients until a flour forms.
  • Add wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Preheat waffle iron, pour batter, and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes
