  • 2 large overripe bananas each about 115 grams peeled
  • 3/4 cup creamy unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Add bananas, almond butter, egg, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped chocolate evenly on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is set but the center remains fudgy. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra fudginess, bake for about 20-22 minutes.
