(cut from a rack of french lamb ribs)

+ 3 tbsps warm water (you can also use flour, arrowroot, or tapioca flour)
Instructions
Pat dry the lamb chops and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and sear the lamb chops in olive oil for 2-4 minutes on each side.
Add garlic, pomegranate juice, and thyme to the skillet, then transfer to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add pomegranate juice, and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
Spoon sauce over lamb chops and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
