Instructions
Soften cream cheese at room temperature or microwave for 20 seconds.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil and sauté onion for 5 minutes until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, fajita seasoning, and cream cheese; cook until smooth.
Add cooked chicken, combine with pasta, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add some chopped jalapeños or hot sauce.
