For the Fajita Chicken

chicken breasts, thinly sliced

red bell pepper, sliced

green bell pepper, sliced

For the Garlic Bread
1
large
baguette or Italian bread loaf
½
cup
unsalted butter, softened
3–4
cloves
garlic, minced
1
tsp
dried parsley
1–2
cups
shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
Instructions
Cook the chicken with spices until done, then sauté peppers and onion, and squeeze lime juice over.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette, mix butter, garlic, and parsley, then spread inside.
Stuff the bread with chicken and veggies, sprinkle cheese, wrap in foil, and bake for 15–20 minutes until melted.
Notes
For a crispier top, open the foil and bake 2–3 more minutes.
