Ingredients
  

For the Fajita Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ lime juice of lime

For the Garlic Bread

  • 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken with spices until done, then sauté peppers and onion, and squeeze lime juice over.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette, mix butter, garlic, and parsley, then spread inside.
  • Stuff the bread with chicken and veggies, sprinkle cheese, wrap in foil, and bake for 15–20 minutes until melted.

Notes

For a crispier top, open the foil and bake 2–3 more minutes.
