Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and herbs in a bowl.
Stir in cheddar cheese and grated zucchini until evenly mixed.
Pour in beer and gently mix until combined; do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, brush with melted butter, and cool before slicing.
