Tuna Salad Ingredients

tuna (drained)
prefer oil-packed

mayo
or to taste

teaspoon
dijon mustard
or grainy mustard

celery (chopped small)

lemon juice

red onion (chopped small)

fresh italian parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper

sweet relish or chopped pickles or chopped capers

Instructions
Drain the tuna and flake it in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve in sandwiches, wraps, or lettuce wraps.
Notes
Great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
