  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust or substitute with your favorite hot sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic No substitutions recommended.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Ground ginger can be used in a pinch.
  • 1/2 cup Jalapenos Adjust quantity for spice preference.
  • 1 large Bell Peppers Red & green, other veggies like snap peas can also be included.
  • 1/2 large Yellow Onion Contributes sweetness.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets Optional addition for nutritious crunch.
  • 2 tbsp Neutral Cooking Oil Avocado oil or grapeseed oil work great as alternatives.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth Use vegetable broth for vegetarian options.
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar Can substitute with apple cider vinegar.
  • 2 green onions Green Onions for garnish, adds freshness and color.
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish, enhances texture.

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, onions, and jalapenos until fragrant and vegetables are tender.
  • Add broccoli, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and chicken broth; simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Return beef to skillet, toss to coat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
